## Why it works

ITC Souvenir display type paired with NeueHaasGroteskText Pro creates an editorial feel for this real estate brand. Large, photo-led sections and generous 110px padding allow the architecture to lead, while a deep red accent provides a sophisticated touch against the white and off-white surfaces.
